Kindly contact our support team and provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue for faster resolution.

  1. Unused Products & Shipping Charges
    For exchanges requested due to reasons other than damage or incorrect product:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Customers must bear both return and re-shipping charges

  1. Return Approval
    All returns are subject to verification and approval.
    We reserve the right to assess each case individually to maintain fairness and quality service.

  2. Provide Proof

  • For damaged/wrong products → unboxing video required

  • For other cases → product must be unused and properly packed

  1. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side.

  2. Replacement
    After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the exchange.
    Replacement is subject to product availability.
